RESERVATION CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p>

We detail the general conditions<\/b>:
<\/p>

  • The holder of the reservation must be more than 18 years old. Groups of young people are not allowed.
    <\/li>
  • The reservation is personal and cannot be transferred without prior authorization.
    <\/li>
  • The customer can request accommodation or concrete plot, that will be confirmed depending on the availability. Camping La Llosa reserves the right to modify the number of the accommodation or plot, respecting the same category hired and\/or up-grading.
    <\/li>
  • To confirm the reservation, the 30% of the amount must be paid, by bank transfer (for arrivals after 7 days from the booking date) or debit\/credit card. When we receive it, we send you the confirmation by email and the customer will have to check that all the information is correct. The remaining 70% will be paid at check-in.
    <\/li>
  • On the arrival, the holder of the reservation must present the passport or ID, the original one, no copy.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Here are the specific conditions<\/b> for each type of reservation:
    <\/p>

    BUNGALOW\/MOBIL HOME
    <\/p>

    • Sheets, towels and blankets are not included. By covid-19 security measures, the accommodations do not have any textile bed element.
      <\/li>
    • Pets are allowed only in certain accommodation and always under availability.
      <\/li>
    • The guest must respect the bungalow maximum capacity. Babies and children count as one more person.
      <\/li>
    • The check-in time is from 17h to 24h <\/b>and the check-out time is from 8h to 12h. In case of not being able to adapt to the schedule, please inform the reception.
      <\/li>
    • At the check-in, you must leave a deposit of 100\u20ac<\/b> in cash, per accommodation, which will be refunded on the day of departure provided that the accommodation is left in the same conditions as it has been found.
      <\/li>
    • Please, leave the bungalow as found. Throw away the trash, wash the dishes and leave in optimal condition to receive the return of the deposit.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      PLOTS
      <\/p>

      • A plot supports 1 caravan \/ motorhome or tent + 1 car.
        <\/li>
      • Dogs are allowed in the camping area. Dogs always must be tied, and it is the owner\u2019s responsibility for their good behavior. The dogs must be registered.
        <\/li>
      • The arrival time is from 12h to 22h and the departure time is before 12h.
        <\/b> <\/li><\/ul>

        TOURISTIC TAX
        <\/b><\/p>

        According to the law 5\/2012, 20th March, Fiscal, financial and administrative measures and of creation of the tax on the stays in tourist establishments, the customer must pay 0,50\u20ac\/person and day (older than 16 years old) during a maximum of 7 days.
        <\/p>

        CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
        <\/b><\/p>

        The failure to make the payment of the reservation deposit within a period indicated in the pre-booking that we send to you by mail, will immediately lead to the cancellation of the reservation request.
        <\/p>

        The reservation will be maintained until 12h the day after the reservation. After this period, Camping La Llosa reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
        <\/p>

        Our cancellation policy,<\/b> depending on the date of your notification, is:
        <\/p>

        • + 30 days = 75% refund
          <\/li>
        • 15 days before = 50% refund
          <\/li>
        • Less than 14 days = 0% refund
          <\/li><\/ul>

          In case of cancellation of a reservation<\/b> you must contact reception by phone or email.
          <\/p>

          Camping La Llosa reserves the right, <\/b>in case of overbooking or any other justifiable reason, to cancel the reservation within a maximum of 48 hours after your request. In this case, you agree to notify the customer as soon as possible and if the customer has paid the reservation deposit, this amount will be paid in full.
          <\/p>

          CANCELLATION BY COVID-19
          <\/b><\/p>

          In case of cancellation due to restrictions, confinement or legislation regarding covid-19, the return of the reservation will always be 100% of the money paid.
          <\/p>

          ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE
          <\/b><\/p>
