CONDICIONES DE RESERVA

Hieronder vindt u een gedetailleerde beschrijving van de algemene

De houder van de reservering moet ouder zijn dan 18 jaar (+18).
De reservering is persoonlijk en kan niet zonder toestemming aan iemand anders worden doorgegeven.
De klant kan een specifieke accommodatie of locatie aanvragen en zal worden bevestigd op basis van beschikbaarheid. Aan de andere kant behoudt Camping La Llosa zich het recht voor om dit huizennummer te wijzigen, waarbij dezelfde gecontracteerde typologie altijd in acht wordt genomen of een hogere categorie woningen mogelijk wordt gemaakt.
Om de reservering te formaliseren zal de klant een aanbetaling van 30% van het totale bedrag van het verblijf moeten betalen. Dit bedrag kan per creditcard of per bankoverschrijving worden betaald (voor aankomsten na 7 dagen vanaf de dag van aankomst).
Op het moment van registratie moet de originele identiteitskaart of het oorspronkelijke paspoort van de houder worden overlegd.

Here are the specific conditions for each type of reservation:

BUNGALOW/MOBIL HOME

Sheets, towels and blankets are not included. By covid-19 security measures, the accommodations do not have any textile bed element.
Pets are allowed only in certain accommodation and always under availability.
The guest must respect the bungalow maximum capacity. Babies and children count as one more person.
The check-in time is from 17h to 24h and the check-out time is from 8h to 12h. In case of not being able to adapt to the schedule, please inform the reception.
At the check-in, you must leave a deposit of 100€ in cash, per accommodation, which will be refunded on the day of departure provided that the accommodation is left in the same conditions as it has been found.
Please, leave the bungalow as found. Throw away the trash, wash the dishes and leave in optimal condition to receive the return of the deposit.

PLOTS

A plot supports 1 caravan / motorhome or tent + 1 car.
Dogs are allowed in the camping area. Dogs always must be tied, and it is the owner’s responsibility for their good behavior. The dogs must be registered.
The arrival time is from 12h to 22h and the departure time is before 12h.

TOURISTIC TAX

According to the law 5/2012, 20th March, Fiscal, financial and administrative measures and of creation of the tax on the stays in tourist establishments, the customer must pay 0,50€/person and day (older than 16 years old) during a maximum of 7 days.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

The failure to make the payment of the reservation deposit within a period indicated in the pre-booking that we send to you by mail, will immediately lead to the cancellation of the reservation request.

The reservation will be maintained until 12h the day after the reservation. After this period, Camping La Llosa reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Our cancellation policy, depending on the date of your notification, is:

+ 30 days = 75% refund
15 days before = 50% refund
Less than 14 days = 0% refund

In case of cancellation of a reservation you must contact reception by phone or email.

Camping La Llosa reserves the right, in case of overbooking or any other justifiable reason, to cancel the reservation within a maximum of 48 hours after your request. In this case, you agree to notify the customer as soon as possible and if the customer has paid the reservation deposit, this amount will be paid in full.

CANCELLATION BY COVID-19

In case of cancellation due to restrictions, confinement or legislation regarding covid-19, the return of the reservation will always be 100% of the money paid.

ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE

If the guest decides to check out before the departure day, he must pay the whole reserved stay.
